- Pushing speed: 300mm/300～3000sec。
- Temperature record: All section temperature of the furnace can be checked at all time by printer.
- Cooling area: Fast reduce products temperature by unique structure design (Cold air coming into the furnace from the bottom.)
- Safety alarm:
a.Pushing time deviant from the setted interval.
b.Leaning pushing line of the plate.
c.Beyond the set temperature range.
d.Automatic power shut down when over temperature occurs.
- May combine with other equipments to auto circulation system.(For instant, Debindering furnance, Reduction furnance.)
- Control method: Control by PLC
- Surface: Main body use high quality silver lacquer(Can stand high temperature > 300℃), Various Colour can be choosen for Side protection plate.
